A Kindergartener's Work is Never Done

Molly is a busy girl! Duane helped out at PVN fitness challenge. Molly rotated through flying turtle races, jump rope, basketball and corn hole with her classmates. Mallory and I came to cheer her on. It's a great event for the kids that raises money for the school. Molly's class worked with the music teacher to write and perform their own opera. They have been studying the woods and decided to incorporate art by turning their hallway into a woods and music by creating an opera. She loves art and singing so this was right up her alley. I know I say this all the time, but PVN is such an amazing place. I love going in to help out once a month in Molly's classroom.  One of Molly's birthday gifts was to try out a Tikwando class at Quest. She has been asking for a long time to take Karate so we thought we'd give it a shot. She loved it! I think she may have found her calling. She went for a one on one lesson where she learned the basic principals. Then she participated in a class with other kids her age. She was presented with a white belt at the end of the class. We were so impressed with the program and overall concept. She is anxious to enroll in the class this fall.
